Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was delighted that I could check in at 12 pm, giving me extra time to explore Cardiff. The room, though small, was clean and practical, with a bonus kitchenette that helped me save money on meals. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay memorable, and I couldn't have asked for better service. The location was convenient for accessing both Cardiff Bay and the city center, although I was slightly disappointed with being assigned to the annexe. The breakfast was exceptional, but for the room's size and standard, a slightly lower price would have felt fair.
The hotel offers fantastic facilities for guests who need to work and cook their meals. The rooms are spacious, but the room key and lock were a bit troublesome. The value for the price is excellent overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was very small and needed some maintenance, with stains on the walls and cobwebs on the ceiling. However, the bonus early check-in at 12 pm was a pleasant surprise, giving me more time to explore Cardiff. The annex room I was transferred to was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main street. The basic facilities were available, and the host was courteous when approached for assistance.
